Thanks Sasha for this letter. We in Agua Fria Village are ready to have new leadership after the incumbent’s disastrous course of pushing annexation from the City Council since 2000-2013. Despite the UNM BBER study saying the areas to be annexed had to small of a tax base to pay for their own needs. It is now in place and still not working. It may be the cause of the current City budget deficit.
